G4S Events are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team to work at a Preston North End Football Club.

Are you looking for a little bit of excitement and a change from your usual routine?

Are you available to work all or most home matches at the football ground?

If you answered yes to the above, G4S Events would like to invite you to apply to be an Events Customer Care Steward to work at Preston North End Football Club, in addition to some of the most prestigious events in  and across the UK throughout the year.

These opportunities could see you working at large scale events such as The Grand National, The Golf Open Championship, Liverpool International Music Festival, Download Festival, British Summertime Concerts, T in the Park, other football and cricket matches as well as horse race meetings at Aintree and Haydock Racecourses.

Role Responsibility:

As an Events Customer Care Steward you will be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:

  • Ticket checking
  • Directing patrons
  • Crowd monitoring
  • Hospitality and car park stewarding
  • Providing general guidance to the public.

Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event.

The Ideal Candidate:

You must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Ideally you will have previous customer service experience, however, this is not essential as training will be provided.  However, you must have a common sense approach to working with the public. You will need to demonstrate a friendly and approachable yet professional attitude through excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility is also important as shifts can fall on evenings and weekends.
