G4S, Official Supplier to the 2017 Wimbledon Championships are currently recruiting SIA Customer Care Specialists to work at this year's Wimbledon Championships.
If you are disciplined, enthusiastic and enjoy providing great customer service this could be the job for you. You will gain invaluable experience and have the opportunity to earn up to £1,500 over the fortnight. In addition to working the Championships you may also have the opportunity to do build up work from May until the Championships and break down throughout August.
The Championships run from the 3rd July to the 16th July 2017. Applicants must be available to work each and every day during this two week period and undertake mandatory training prior to the event. You must have accommodation in the London area and be able to travel to and from Wimbledon daily at your own expense.
A general knowledge of tennis would be preferred but no experience is required as we will provide you with job specific training to ensure you can fulfil the role you are offered.
There are a variety of roles for SIA Customer Care Specialists at the 2017 Wimbledon Championships and you may be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:
· Ticket checking
· Specialist Teams
· Crowd Monitoring
· Gate Staff / Searching
The Ideal Candidate:
Successful applicants must have an enthusiastic professional approach and be able to deal with a variety of guests in a calm, polite and friendly manner. You must be punctual, flexible and an excellent team player. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a high standard of performance, appearance and discipline. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential. A valid SIA badge is mandatory.
